Wright Landscape Services is growing and as a result, we are recruiting to fill the positions of:
Lead Hand in our Landscape Maintenance Division
You will be responsible to lead, instruct and co-ordinate crews ensuring the delivery of excellent quality, customer service while maintaining budgeted productivity.
Proficient with turf and lawn care equipment. (safe operation of equipment and tools)
Ability to identify insects, diseases and weeds.
Knowledge of trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals.
Proficient with snow and ice management equipment and practices.
Physical ability to perform laborious tasks.
Positive attitude, hard working, reliable, creative, work well in a team environment.
Must have a valid G licence (A licence or experience driving truck and trailer preferred) and reliable transportation.
Able to work in all kinds of weather.
Minimum job requirements of this position.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred: Post Secondary Horticultural Schooling
Preferred: Current health and services training including:
WHMIS (Level 2)
First Aid (Level 2)
CPR(Level 2)
Pesticide Technician Program (Level 2)
Supervisor Training (Level 2)
Chainsaw Certificate (level 2)
Skid Steer Certificate (Level 3)
Meets Company driving requirements (Level 2)
Training available on above programs.

Senior Sales Representative
The incumbent in this job will be accountable to sell lawn care and grounds maintenance as well as snow and ice management services and programs. This includes generating new leads and maintaining existing client relationships.
Who you are:
You have your high school diploma or equivalent. You might even have a post secondary education in horticulture, industry certification(e.g., CLP or CHT) or a certificate in sales from a recognized training provider – or maybe even all 3! The minimum of 5 years of sales experience you bring will include some experience in the green industry. You have a valid G driver’s licence because driving is a requirement in this job. You have good people skills and enjoy interacting with clients. You are a motivated team player who aspires to grow within a medium-sized business.
